We're looking for the next class of candidates in our SEED program for Startup Education and Entrepreneurial Development. As a participant SEED, you'll be a full-time H.Bloom employee, joining our operations management team while learning the ropes of our business with an eye towards opening a new H.Bloom office after graduation from the program. SEED has been covered on Business Insider and in The New York Times.

Requirements include:

Responsibilities include:

Executing operations process - everything that happens between receipt of raw materials and delivery of our finished product to clients

Day-to-day operations management
-
Support for Design and Delivery teams

Assisting in recruiting, training and managing Design and Delivery teams

Participation in classroom-style training with CEO and Executive team
-
Relationship-building with functional owners, including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Branding and Talent

Help establish processes that will enable the market to achieve its long and short-term goals
-
Cultivate strong, collaborative and transparent working relationships within the market and headquarters teams to ensure open communication about processes, division of labor, and expectations

Identify needs and challenges within the market; design and implement new initiatives to address those needs
