H.BLOOM is a fast-growing startup flower company with offices in New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, Dallas and San Francisco. We're looking for a talented, hardworking part-time floral designer and stylist for our San Francisco. office.

H.Bloom provides luxurious, design-oriented floral subscriptions at unbelievably affordable prices, for both residential and corporate customers. We've received accolades in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Fast Company and Washingtonian Magazine, and count the Empire Hotel, Topshop, and Colicchio & Sons restaurant as customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing single gift arrangements per consumer client specifications
• Designing and building on-site floral installations
• Creating small floral arrangements based on design recipes
• Working collaboratively with the studio team, including floral, delivery, and operations staff
• Checking in daily floral deliveries; monitoring inventory
• Keeping the studio clean and organized

Requirements include:

• At least 1 year experience in the floral industry
• Strong design aesthetic and ability to work within clients' specifications
• Thorough knowledge of floral varietals, wholesale costs, and seasonality
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
